Lately life has been great For once I have been able to find a balance between love and friends
I have been really enjoying life so much since everything seemed to fall apart in my world.. The hardest part for me was picking up the piece and trying to go back to a life that wasnapos;t there anymore.. I gave up everything for Sam and as much as I wanted to go back when everything ended it wasnapos;t about to happen.
Before Sam, I was a local celebrity, I owned downtown, the bars, and every aspect of the party world. I was Lindsay Carrow, Hooking up with MTV celebrities, and pretty much whoever I wanted. I was happy and got into our relationship at the right time. I made a lot of connections back then but it was time for me to grow up and find my way in life.
After everything ended, I didnapos;t go back to that life. Ya I regained some of the old party friends, like Karan, Buffalos greatest and highest demand club DJ. Our relationship is stronger than ever.. I also reconnected a little with my quote bouncer, Adam.. He is truly an all around amazing guy, and has done so much for me

I really gained a friendship with smashley. I love her to death and we talk everyday and I enjoy how close we are. With her my connections with the bud light crew have become incredibly strong. Shawn, I will never show this guy my boobs--but I will give him my friendship. He always makes me laugh and is one hell of a boss..Ha we did see our boy Andy a few weeks ago at Fat Bobs.. Andy is Smashys first boss , and he teaches me a lot about life and work.. Tom What can I say about this man Funniest guy in the world and He owes me a rock out session with broom sticks.. Charice and Dopp--Especially my Dopp, My life would be dull without this girl I love her and she makes me pee my pants every second of the day..

Another person that I am extremely lucky to have built a friendship with is Kristine, She is always there for me and I can talk to her about anything and everything. It took me a while to be honest about sam but she accepts it and I love her for loving me.. She told me " youapos;re smart, your beautiful, got a great personality, and have the biggest heart. Who wouldn;t want you? Youapos;re perfect" I look at that text everytime I get upset about sam and it helps me get thru it

Carissa and my new found Family--
I have become really inseperable with carissa.. I am over at the apartment everyday, no matter if itapos;s five minutes or all day, we see each other everyday. With becoming so close with her I have gained a new family, Kaitlin. Your an amazing person and if I have not proved it through everything, I have your back I love you to death Kacie, You know your my secret friend crush, I would do anything for you, and you better practice that guitar hero Amanda, I donapos;t know how you do it, You can sing every song on the radio and sound exactly like the singer. You always make me pee my pants and never a dull moment with you And lastly, my favorite person in the whole world, Marisa.. I love you to death The first night tucking you into bed and you trying to get me to cuddle, hahahah and I laughed at you and told you I had to take you on a date first Well I canapos;t wait for Wendys I look forward to seeing you everyday and bringing you surprises

I think I somehow ended up with swimmerapos;s ear but the pain is quite unusual so I might be wrong. Everything has lost itapos;s mind right now. �Weird to say that and actually mean it but it seems like things are just more bizarre than they need to be. Iapos;m just trying to deal here. You know one thing thatapos;s annoying about people is that you can easily burn out the people who you confide in if you never had anyone to confide in before. I hated the Max Payne movie.....Overall not worth the money but it was fun to see a friend.

A water bearer in India had two large pots, each hung on the end of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots was perfectly made and never leaked. The other pot had a crack in it and by the time the water bearer reached his masterrsquo;s house it had leaked much of itrsquo;s water and was only half full.

For a full two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his masterrsquo;s house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was able to accomplish only half of what it had been made to do.

After two years of what it perceived to be a bitter failure, it spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream. ldquo;I am ashamed of myself, and I want to apologize to you.rdquo; ldquo;Why?rdquo; asked the bearer. ldquo;What are you ashamed of?rdquo; ldquo;I have been able, for these past two years, to deliver only half my load because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your masterrsquo;s house. Because of my flaws, you have to do all of this work, and you donrsquo;t get full value from your efforts,rdquo; the pot said.

The water bearer felt sorry for the old cracked pot, and in his compassion he said, ldquo;As we return to the masterrsquo;s house, I want you to notice the beautiful flowers along the path.rdquo;

Indeed, as they went up the hill, the old cracked pot took notice of the sun warming the beautiful wild flowers on the side of the path, and this cheered it some. But at the end of the trail, it still felt bad because it had leaked out half its load, and so again the pot apologized to the bearer for its failure.

The bearer said to the pot, ldquo;Did you notice that there were flowers only on your side of your path, but not on the other potrsquo;s side? Thatrsquo;s because I have always known about your flaw, and I took advantage of it. I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back from the stream, yoursquo;ve watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate my masterrsquo;s table. Without you being just the way you are, he would not have this beauty to grace his house.rdquo;

Each of us has our own unique flaws. Wersquo;re all cracked pots. But if we will allow it, God will use our flaws to grace his table. In Godrsquo;s great economy, nothing goes to waste. Donrsquo;t be afraid of your flaws. Acknowledge them, and you too can be the cause of beauty. Know that in our weakness we find our strength.

When I saw this skit on SNL tonight, with the wacky lady asking McCain about Obama being an Arab, I didnapos;t realize sheapos;s Minnesotan. You think this lady realizes sheapos;s one of the top viewed and commented clips on You Tube this week?�Think she saw SNL? Hooray for Minnesota. This clip is about 5 minutes talking with her. Sheapos;s nice enough to spell her name and tell us sheapos;s from�Shakopee and which campaign office she volunteers at. My sister-in-lawapos;s mother probably knows her from Republican volunteer events.

Sheesh. Even if he were Arab or Muslim...so what? Itapos;s like saying youapos;re scared because your presidential candidate is Irish or Catholic or Jewish or....Oh wait, we havenapos;t had a Jewish president, have we?�And JFK was the one and only Catholic. In Amsterdam, walking is a wonderful way of getting around. It is For sure Not only is the city centre build in a compact way just for your convenience, it is also picturesque and filled with stores waiting to rip you off delight you with souvenirs. Now, humour me, and take a look down at your feet. You may notice the cobblestones immediately below you. Good job Well done Doesnapos;t it remind you of Disney World? Noticing the ground is half the trick. Now humour me again, and� look to your left. Do you see the red cobblestones, or the red-ish pavement? Do you see the shining white bicycle painted on that red area? And do you see the bicycles, on the previously mentioned white-bicycle, red-cobblestoned area?

Incredible Your powers of observation are clearly astounding I�know I�have asked a lot of you so far, but this gets easier. I would like to introduce you to a theory that takes your observations and pairs them with a very obscure idea. You see, that specific piece of ground, with itapos;s different colour and strange picture of a bicycle, where many two-wheeled vehicles are travelling, is a bike path.

Stay off of it.

Think about it this way. The sidewalk is for pedestrians. The bike path is for cyclists. The roads are for cars. The tram lines are for trams. Do you see the bicycles veering onto the tram rails, only to swerve away at the ding of a bell and shake their fist? Wait, bad example. Do you see the cars driving on the sidewalk? Ummm....let me try again. How about...well...do you...nevermind. Just because they do it doesnapos;t mean youapos;re allowed to do it.

Amsterdam is a wonderful city. An incredible city. A beautiful city. I�would even go so far to say that it is my favourite city in the world to not get hit by a bicycle while I am incorrectly walking on the bike path. Oh yes I�would If you donapos;t believe me, try it sometime.
